Clean, with a good restaurant that with less trouble to find things to eat, but WiFi didn’t fully covered the hotel which caused some trouble if you need to work from room.

A l'occasion du Brunch de Pâques, je m'y suis rendue en famille avec les enfants. Ce fut un moment plus qu'agréable autant par l'accueil et le service fort sympathique que par le choix des mets au buffet! Belle table, chouette ambiance, et les bricolages proposés pour nos enfants les auront plus que ravis! Nous nous réjouissons déjà de revenir pour un autre évènement!

On est allé un dimanche soir pour y souper en famille. Accueil sympathique, bel endroit, et serveurs et serveuses efficaces On y a bu de très bon cocktails et on a bien mangé dans la véranda qui est très cosi On y retournera sans hésitation pour profiter de la magnifique terrasse et de la Beach

Hôtel très agréable, un ancien bâtiment très bien rénové et bien situé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la chambre en mezzanine et l'excellent repas au restaurant. Personnel compétent et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel

Très bel hôtel , par contre le petit déjeuner très décevant pour le prix ( fromage périmé , ….). Les chambres sont très bien avec un sur classement. Beaucoup de bruit la nuit Notre appréciation est que nous avons connu d'autres Van der Valk meilleurs tel a Liège , Charleroi , Mons

Hotelroom was nice and modern, however we had no hot water from the shower and it made a very annoying noise all day and night. We asked the hotel staff for other room options, but received none. A hotel manager checked the shower and told us that we would receive a discount on the hotel price. None of that happened. Other than that, Verviers is absolutely horrible and looks like a ghosttown. Unfriendly people, we didn't feel safe when walking outside in the evening and a lot of buidings look like ruins. Sad.
