3 stays in the past 6 weeks. 1st stay, checked in around 8pm, unpacked, and found feces in multiple spots on the carpet. Actual feces. Called the front desk, asked to be moved, was told no due to a full house. The front desk guy came, confirmed the disgusting mess, and placed towels over it as a solution. Since everywhere else was booked, we were stuck for the night. 3rd stay, checked in around 8 again, settled in, unpacked, and then discovered there was no running water. Not in the faucet, shower, or toilet. Call the front desk, clerk did not seem to believe me, said he would come and inspect. Eventually he shows up, confirms there is no water, and seems unsure what to do. Tell him to move us, unless the entire building is without water, and he eventually moves us to the room directly across from the elevator, with all the noise that brings. The USB outlets also were falling out of the wall, and did not work. Finally, the hotel fire alarm went off around 10pm, forcing everyone outside for a good half hour, with no explanations or apologies. This place is a blotch on the IHG brand. Staff does not care, maintenance and housekeeping is abysmal.
