The staff ( Todd, Nate,Daphne and Jaquan) were absolutely amazing and welcoming, especially after a 10 hour drive. We also had a fabulous dinner in the hotel. Thank you for a great end to a long day!! The rooms were very clean,smelled great and the beds were perfect.

I’ve been coming to this hotel since the late 90s and it never disappoints from the front desk staff (Tina) to room cleanliness and service. This is where I come each time I come home to visit friends and family when I want to have some peace and quick access to all the great restaurants and shops that Birmingham has to offer.

Tina, was excellent with her customer service, I really enjoyed my stay and she made me and my family feel at home. We will definitely be back, I also enjoy my room it was very comfortable and clean, Tina we so pleasant and nice to me and my family. I love staying here at the Marriott.

The best Front Desk Staff ever, of course you are I got guest of the day and the reward was the best you can ask for..Everyone in the Mbar was so nice and polite I loved chatting with Corwin the best and Mark was always accommodating with whatever we were missing.. The rooms were nice and clean and nice bed and bedding.. Close to a lot of restaurants and outlet stores. I loved my trip definitely a Marriott reward member they never disappoint

We booked two rooms with two queen sized beds. We were given two rooms with a king sized bed and a pull out couch instead. The matress of the pull out couch was small and uncomfortable. We were not offered any kind of compensation.

Everything was clean but not happy about how they changes the amount of beds we had and didn’t tell us until we got there. The pull out bed was awful and should not have Been a substitute for a real bed and we should have had a warning. They gave us free breakfast coupons for the inconvenience but told us we could get the buffet or a meal from the menu but when ordered they said that was buffet only so bad communication between staff. We called and requested more blankets and pillows and they never brought them had to go to the front desk and ask again. The plug in didn’t work in the bathroom. Nice hotel but not a wonderful experience.
