Place inserted in the middle of nature. Peaceful and quiet. Thermal spa 👌. Careful cleaning. Less positive point is the fact that the place for meals is on the 2nd floor, having stayed on the 1st floor, which in the morning is heard if the noise of dragging chairs from the restaurant.

Ótima experiência no hotel. Quarto pequeno , porém acolhedor. A casa de banho era impecável. Pequeno almoço muito bom . E o spa foi uma experiência incrível. Um dos pontos a apontar é que as televisões são demasiados pequenas e não existem tomadas perto da cama.

Detestei ficar neste hotel. Só no dia do check in fui informada que só tinha os 2 primeiros turnos de pequeno almoço disponíveis sendo que eram em horário muito muito cedo para quem queria descansar e dormir até tarde num domingo de manhã. Além disto, nao conseguimos dormir a noite toda porque ouvia se os barulhos dos motores de algum equipamento que acreditamos ser de refrigeração... aquele barulho dos motores toda a noite no quarto 115 estragou por completo a nossa estadia neste hotel que não recomendo de todo. Expus uma reclamação ao hotel por mail há quase 1 mês e até hoje nem resposta me deram. Enfim... a nossa pior estadia de sempre

Estive no SPA mais famoso do momento em Portugal (1º fim de semana de fevereiro), um caos, excesso de gente, alguma desorganização no check-in, partilha de informação distorcida por alguns funcionários. Quando o motivo principal é usufruir de um espaço que proporciona relaxamento e bem-estar. Deveriam ter mais cuidado no que concerne à higiene e limpeza das piscinas, porque este ponto em particular trata-se de saúde pública. O complexo não sofreu limpeza entre o dia 03/02 e 04/02. Check-in apenas as 16h, ao aceder ao SPA já se encontra cheio. Sem espreguiçadeiras, sem sítio para colocar toalhas, um caos. Da maneira como está tudo organizado, a meu ver não vão longe. Existem muitos SPA espalhados por Portugal, mais pequenos, mas com excelentes condições de higiene e conforto. Uma desilusão...

Quartos necessitam de uma remodelação, além do quarto em si velho, televisão antiga e casa de banho que relembra um Hotel de Algarve. Bom pequeno almoço. Excelente experiência. Desde a simpatia e profissionalismo do staff, à experiência fantástica do spa. Ótima comida e conforto do quarto. O único senão foram as almofadas de cama, que são muito altas para mim. Adorei e de certeza que voltarei, para experimentar outros tratamentos no spa e depois aproveitar a boa comida e dormida.

Nog nooit zo onvriendelijk ontvangen geweest, bij aankomst op 21/09 in namiddag zat er een juffrouw met brilletje aan het onthaal, zelf geen goeiedag of glimlach, het enige dat we kregen was met een uitgestreken vies gezicht "room no possible". Blijkbaar waren we half uurtje te vroeg en konden we nog niet inchecken, dit vriendelijk zeggen en toch met een volledige zin was blijkbaar te moeilijk. Ook vroegen we of een tafel konden boeken in het restaurant, draait zich om - tokkelt even op computer en kijkt ons terug met vies gezicht aan zonder één woord te zeggen. Zijn dan maar 25 min later terug gekomen en dan mochten we van wel binnen. Naast haar zat ook man met baard en die was al even vriendelijk, geen woord en geen lach. Vriendelijkheid aan receptie was in even erg verval als onze kamer: iedere deurlijst beschadigd, raamomlijsting geroest, bedeinde zo beschadigd dat ze deze gecamoufleerd hadden met 3 kussens, de stof hangde er in lappen los af. In de gang kon je ook de gyproc-platen zien die samengehouden werden met beetje plamuur, een laagje verf kost de wereld ook niet... We zijn enkel gebleven omdat alles reeds betaald was, gelukkig maar voor 2 nachten.

13 -09-2023 - Quarto com falta de limpeza. Lençol com pintas de sangue. Foi alertado o funcionário Housekeeping que o lençol estava com pintas de sangue, desfiz a cama e coloquei o lenço de cima da cama com pintas de sangue bem visíveis. Foi feita a cama com os mesmos lenções pondo o lençol com as pintas de sangue por cima e as pintas de sangue virado para os pés que que eu não as visse. 20.00H chamei a atenção na receção, disse que ia sair do hotel e quando voltasse agradecia tivessem os lenções trocados, o pedido não foi atendido dizendo-me que não tinham pessoal para o fazer. Eu próprio pedi uns jogos de lenções e mudei a cama. Hoje dia 07-10-2023, recebo a resposta do Sr diretor geral dizendo que o hotel é uma unidade certificada na norma ISO 14001, que estabelece e valida as diretrizes que tal assente nas boas práticas e consciencialização ambiental. Sr. diretor! Podem ser certificados, mas a empresa certificadora não esta todos os dias na unidade para garantir a boa limpeza da unidade. Certamente que a empresa avisa quando vai fazer a verificação para poder passar os certificados, e sim nessa altura devem ter o mais que limpo e pulido. não recomendo e pela minha parte tudo farei para que a entidades competentes tenham conhecimento desta e outas situações que se passam nesta unida hoteleira. Pessoal pouco simpático e acessível.
