Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Vi fick byta rum efter första natten då den var extremt varmt i rummet och det inte gick och får det kallare. Fläkten i rummet var också mycket högljudat. Bra städat förutom en kvarglömd tom bag-in-box i garderoben. Nästa rum var bättre men fortfarande varmt om inte lika mycket. Städat föruttom papperskorgen som var fullt.

Hotelldirektören hade installerat ett nytt tv-abonnemang som inte fungerade. Utländska kanaler visades på tv men inte svenska. Personalen var fantastisk och gjorde allt för att försöka rätta till hotelldirektörens misstag. Mycket bra frukost.
