This is the most expensive hotel I stayed in during this trip. I originally wanted to book two lake view suites, but unfortunately there was only one available! When it comes to evaluation, I can only say: it’s classy enough and worth the price!

Beautiful hotel which we feel is in transition, SPA under construction, Hammam not working, outdated decor, nonchalant bar staff, coffee served cold. So value for money no longer works.

Tout était parfait à souhait accueil chambre petites attentions pour nous et notre petite chienne .Le repas bien équilibré et le choix des vins très bien conseillés .Magnifique petit déjeuner et personnel aux petits soins .Horaires du SPA superbe pour les lève tôt .Bref expérience magnifique à refaire

Superbe hôtel. Accueil au top, personnel souriant et très accueillant. L’hôtel paraît vieillissant de l’extérieur, mais rénové de l’intérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes. La vue est exceptionnelle. La piscine/spa sont très agréables. Nous reviendrons.

der Zimmerservice, d.h. housekeeping ist perfekt. sehr super, Kleider werden zusammengefaltet, Bettwäsche gewechselt, turndown Service, gute Pralinen als Gutnacht Aufmerksamkeit, Ausstattung der Junior Suite zum See diskret elegant. Ausstattung der Aufenthalts Salons könnte besser sein. Leider ist das Restaurant etwas limitiert in der Auswahl. Die Hilfe de Concierge optimal.

Mon séjour à l'hôtel des Trois Couronnes restera à jamais gravé dans ma mémoire. C'était bien plus qu'une simple escapade, c'était le cadre idéal pour une demande en mariage inoubliable. Vue stupéfiante sur le lac, service d'étage impeccable, anticipant chacun de nos besoins. Également propreté remarquable des lieux communs, Notre chambre rénovée avec goût était un véritable havre de paix, et l'accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu dès notre arrivée nous a fait sentir comme chez nous. Le personnel, notamment Nadia des étages, nous a touché avec une décoration romantique et les brosses à dents en bois avec nos prénoms dessus. Du début à la fin, nous avons été choyés par une équipe charmante et attentionnée. Sans oublier le petit déjeuner incroyable, Nous recommandons vivement cet hotel, pour une parenthèse enchantée que nous oublierons jamais, Merci à tous ! À très vite nous espérons !

We stayed in Les Trois Couronnes as a family and had a wonderful time in the hotel. Most friendly reception, great suite room, one kid added last minute at a very fair up-charge and extremely nice and forthcoming staff. Want to especially mention the front desk and the room service. Hotel is in prime location directly at the lake, with incredibly infrastructure (spa, fitness) and superb restaurants and breakfast.

L'équipe est souriante professionnelle agréable et surtout disponible pour faire de votre séjour un grand moment. Literie de qualité. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Spa de qualité. Emplacement exceptionnel. De petites attentions tous les jours. Il faut qu'on revienne vite .

Magnifique hôtel au charme historique et au service impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le personnel est compétent et très aimable. La localisation est juste parfaite pour des balades au bord du lac ou dans la ville pour découvrir les commerces et l'architecture. Nous adorons y passer des week-end en famille.
