Bel hôtel dont on sent qu’il est en transition, SPA en travaux, Hammam ne fonctionnant pas, déco dépassée, personnel au bar nonchalant, café servi froid. Du coup rapport qualité prix ne fonctionne plus.

Lieu magique Accueil au top par le voiturier, l'équipe réception également au top. Notre chambre vue Lac , vue magnifique. Le restaurant japonais excellent. Nous reviendrons nous ressourcer. L'hôtel au bord du lac avec la terrasse donnant sur lac est incroyable. Encore merci pour ce séjour magnifique

Cet hôtel réunit toutes les qualités pour passer un délicieux moment face au lac Léman! Chambre spacieuse et calme, vue exceptionnelle, la cuisine de Manabu, le SPA, et du personnel très attentionné et délicat. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Great hotel, very nice athmosphere, very classy, very clean great location, directly at the promenade / lake very helpful and friendly staff everywhere. The food was very good. We had dinner on the terrace with a wonderfull view. I will definitely go there again!

Magnifique hôtel ! Accueil chaleureux ! Spa et restauration incroyables ! Une vue sur les Alpes et le lac à couper le souffle ! Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille dans cet hôtel à taille humaine où confort, discrétion et services haut de gamme sont au rendez-vous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Week-end très agréable . J'ai ressenti beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Le personnel s'adapte à notre personnalité avec le sourire et beaucoup de bonne humeur. C'était un grand plaisir. Merci à tous ce personnel qui travail tant pour nous.

Tout était parfait à souhait accueil chambre petites attentions pour nous et notre petite chienne .Le repas bien équilibré et le choix des vins très bien conseillés .Magnifique petit déjeuner et personnel aux petits soins .Horaires du SPA superbe pour les lève tôt .Bref expérience magnifique à refaire

Superbe hôtel. Accueil au top, personnel souriant et très accueillant. L’hôtel paraît vieillissant de l’extérieur, mais rénové de l’intérieur. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes. La vue est exceptionnelle. La piscine/spa sont très agréables. Nous reviendrons.
