Hôtel des Trois Couronnes & Spa - the Leading Hotels of the World

Was looking for a special hotel to spend an anniversary trip on and quite honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From a very hospitable welcome by Florian in the front office to the incredibly helpful and insightful concierge Philippe, the staff clearly were extremely well versed in 5-star hospitality without the usual stuffiness that can be associated with that. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly, extremely efficient and helpful in every way. It is a rare combination to have 5-star hotel without the feeling it is stuffy or contrived. This truly was genuine hospitality at its finest, and as such the hotel made us all feel very comfortable throughout our stay.   The hotel cleanliness - as evidenced by seeing staff constantly cleaning the public areas and spa, was as good as I have ever experienced. The rooms are modern and timeless with the hard wood floors and stunning views over Lake Geneva. The food and beverage at the hotel were also extremely good, and we enjoyed the bar and dinner one evening on the patio of the restaurant which was also perfect. The breakfast as bountiful and high quality as one will find anywhere. With an easy walk to a lot of local spots, the ease of transportation to a wide array of excursions, all meticulously laid out and facilitated by Philippe, the only downside was having to leave after only 4 nights with so many other items on our to do list, we committed to ourselves we would return again, sooner than later. In summation, this is a very special hotel and an incredibly memorable stay. experience we will never forget. A lot of hotels like to put a 5 star beside their name and often set up for disappointment, The Hotel des Trois Couronnes embodies the 5-star rating in every way. It is in true spirit of Vevey , Consider it one of the best placed resorts of Vevey . Extremely well run and excellent staff in all departments The breakfast is extremely well done , it’s definitely not large , but , it’s extremely well set and served . The preparation of eggs especially which I thought all hotels have forgotten they do it extremely well , I assure you that the likes of France would fail The Spa though I don’t use that this side of the world was also being run and managed very very well Not to be missed is the garden Terrace connecting the spa , it has one of the best views Let me bring to light this is one the few resorts in the world where the Classic charm of quiet unsaid but done for the guest thing is followed , no noisy service , understanding and doing things before is an ACCOLADE PAR EXCELLENCE , this is something very few today understand in Hospitality . Housekeeping immaculate Bar is very in a beautiful terrace and is according to me best in the Riviera as per setting though I never got a chance to sit , nor was I suggested much by the Hotel Yes the Hotel needs a bit of upgrade to the RoomService menu and more active portrayal of its Restaurant if there was one for the evening , I am unaware The hotel is somewhat helpful in suggesting you things but with less confidence , was my feeling , WHY , I don’t know , though their suggestions and material available was up to the mark As per location the station opposite takes you easily on a tour de Vevey and Station just a minute walk takes you to Montreux , but staying here I felt I didn’t need Montreaux as this is one of the best parts of Riviera
