The kitchen has little equipment, and old, different glasses and cups. Usable, but shoddy. Bed light doesn't work.

Excellent location closed to Geneva Lake! The facilities are pretty old. If you don't mind the cleanliness, then it is good option to visit Vevey and surrounding towns. We have two young children so cleanliness is the must. Not too much contact with staff so I gave average.

I was debating whether to book my stay at this hotel, as I was reading several bad reviews beforehand. However, since I knew that all I would need was a bed to sleep in, I believed that it could not be that bad, as I just wanted something cheap - therefore, I thought that it was worth it. However, already when arriving to the hotel, the check in area was very inconvenient and dirty. The hallways outside my hotel room smelled horrible, and I had to hold my breath every time!! The room itself was very dirty, and I felt uncomfortable touching anything. Overall, this is without doubt the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY!! Even, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay - this is not worth it anything. Only good thing is the location, which is very convenient - everything about the hotel is a catastrophe. Smell, cleaning, furniture - nothing is presentable in this place!

Clean room overall despite the cooking odors, seen at the back of the building far from pleasant, the evacuations of the restaurant hoods in front of the window pigeon spikes excrement mmmm… dilapidated furniture, but suitable bedding, some technical problems but responsive and pleasant staff.
The hotel is still located a stone's throw from the lake and that's really great. Parking (paid) on the street and parking 5 minutes walk away.
