Désastre, w're very disapointet from the Hotel and booking agency. we have a pre-paid coupon for 1 weekend in wellness and ski resort but cannot take advantage as Hotel blames agency and agency blames the Hotel. Also they worked together and both based in Veysonnaz. Our family lost 350 CHF and a lot of time, never again, BR Bruno

Vue extraordinaire sur la vallée depuis le balcon, jolie chambre spacieuse bonne literie, jacuzzi et wellness petit mais joli. Personnel sympa, belle véranda pour le petit déjeuner. Jolie découverte je vous conseille cet hôtel. N’hésitez pas.

Très bon accueil et chambre très propres. Nous avions une chambre sans-vue (information que nous avions lors de la réservation) mais cela ne nous a pas déranger pour une nuit. La chambre grande et agréable, La vue depuis l'hotel est magnifique !

Positiv: Lage, Ski-Spind neben Piste, Sauberkeit im Zimmer Negativ: Schmuddeliger und schäbiger Gesamteindruck, Tische im Essbereich wurden nicht abgewischt, Teppich im Essbereich wurde offensichtlich nie gesaugt (Essensreste), Gläser vom Vorabend waren noch auf dem Frühstückstisch, Frühstück für Fr. 22.- pro Person viel zu teuer, Frühstück startete erst um 7:30 Uhr und war dann nicht mal bereit (z.B. Kaffeemaschine ausgeschaltet, kein Rührei), Produkte auf dem Frühstücksbuffet waren nicht immer frisch (z.B. angetrockneter Käse), gleichgültiges Personal, Parkplatz im Preis nicht inklusiv (Tiefgarage)

L unico punto positivo è che si trova di fronte alle telecabine ma per il resto non ci siamo . Hotel vecchiotto nel suo brodo come decine di anni fa e li paghi tutto . Fitness 5.- . Spa 12.- posteggio 30 al giorno … il cibo è catastrofico e non parliamo dello staff che ride e non ti saluta manco ti fa passare scherzando in varie lingue . Davvero un fitto vergognoso

Potenziale alto data la posizione della struttura, ma non all'altezza della stessa. Buffet scarso e di qualità non eccellente. Camere spaziose con una vista molto bella. Non ci tornerei perchè il cibo è totalmente da rivedere. Struttura fredda e non accogliente. SPA piccolissimo e a pagamento, massimo 1 ora di tempo.

Comme d habitude le personnel est au petit soin et très très sympa. Merci. La vue, la chambre, le jacuzzi… tout est parfait. Le petit déjeuné est très copieux et varié. La literie est très bonne . A tout tout bientôt. Votre nouveau directeur peut être fier de son personnel

We have tried to book a room at the hotel. Unfortunately, only French-speaking customers are welcome. In this business very bad. Absolutely not recommended. never experienced this kind of unfriendliness.
