Location davvero bella, struttura molto carina e personale altamente disponibile. Ho trascorso un weekand con la mia ragazza e siamo stati benissimo. Avevamo la camera con balconcino sul mare, davvero spettacolare. Camere pulite ed accoglienti. Consiglio l'esperienza in questo hotel

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo delizioso albergo, situato in una posizione strategica nel cuore di Viareggio, in occasione del Carnevale. Le camere sono molto accoglienti, lo staff professionale, empatico e sempre con il sorriso, il tutto condito di tanta simpatia. La sua posizione vi permetterà di raggiungere comodamente a piedi qualsiasi punto della città, oltre a permettervi una splendida vista mare. Consigliatissimo!

Ottima soluzione per godersi il carnevale di Viareggio essendo nel percorso della sfilata dei carri senza dover pagare il biglietto. Parcheggio con convenzione per parcheggiare sul lungo mare nelle strisce blu (richiesta in reception). Camere essenziali arredare con cura, grande terrazza solarium vista mare, colazione di qualità e personale eccellente.

What a wonderful hotel. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived . Davide ( manager?) was so charming and helpful. The breakfast on the roof terrace was delicious . A choice of Italian pastries , hams and salamis, hard boiled egg, fresh fruit salad the best blood orange juice ever coupled with freshly made ( to order) coffee and tea made for a memorable start to the day. Carmen , Giacamo and GianCarlo welcomed us with a smile and helped, very patiently, with our attempts to order in Italian . We appreciated their kindness immensely. Another highlight was collecting a glass of wine from the bar down stairs and sitting on the roof terrace to watch the sun set over the sea, as recommended by Davide. The terrace has a glorious view of the mountains behind and the sea straight in front. An idyllic setting. The hotel its self was spotlessly clean. Immediately opposite are many shops and restaurants . Even though we were there early October and many had closed for the winter there were still plenty to choose from. Fiona and Freyja

Siamo stati per un fine settimana di svago all'Hotel San Francisco a VIareggio, trovato " al volo " il posto in Rete, e devo dire che è stata una bellissima vacanza. Le stanze sono da poco state rimodernate, molto belle, insonorizzazione completa,tutto l'arredamento molto moderno e funzionale, il frigobar, gli accessori per la doccia, le ciabattine in omaggio, la televisione perfettamente funzionante, ( a volte, in altre location ne ho trovate di alcune che ci ho dovuto passare del tempo solo a farle rifunzionare, ma si parla di "deformazione professionale" :) ) e la cortesia e la cura per il cliente mi hanno fatto inserire l'albergo fra i preferiti quando torneremo in quella città. Poi magari la stanza in particolare, con il balconcino proprio davanti alla passeggiata ed al mare, e ( cosa da sottolineare) la colazione sulla terrazza panoramica proprio di fronte al mare hanno reso il nostro soggiorno un qualcosa da ricordare. Lo consiglio caldamente, anche alla reception si sono fatti in quattro per darci informazioni e per suggerirci il parcheggio giornaliero, altresì avrei speso il doppio a farlo " normale". Davvero un bellissimo Hotel.

First impression is somehow modest. Still, you get used to it and then you see that it is clean (I believe they are changing the sheets every other day), the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is good, next to the beach (you would better choose Bagno Amore instead of what they recommend - even with the discount - Bagno Elisabetta - a bit cheaper and more space next to the water to play). If the weather is nice, the breakfast is on the roof (which is super nice). Some enhancements could be done: a more diversely breakfast, management could see some things that need to be addressed such as part self service breakfast to reduce frustration, shower space and shower hose not only shower head, extra space in the bathroom for toothbrush, nicer light fixtures and so on. All in all, the price is fair for what you get.

Thank you for making our short stay with you so enjoyable. We booked through Bookings.com for two nights for my wife, two grandchildren and myself and really it was not long enough to enjoy the full benefits of this lovely seaside resort. The accommodation in Viareggio is a little more expensive than the surrounding area, but well worth it. Everyone at this hotel was pleasant from the time of our arrival until leaving. We were advised in advance that we would by allocated a top floor room overlooking the sea which was breathtaking. Breakfast was served on the roof terrace, in the shade, and our choice was brought to our table. There was a good selection of items to choose from, and we could return for more food and drinks as required. We reserved four bikes upon arrival and were able to cycle along the promenade as far as we were able to pedal, before turning back. (All on the level on a cycle path.) A lovely hotel in an ideal location and hope to return.

Pulizia, gentilezza, confort e ottima colazione sul bel terrazzo panoramico vista mare...CONSIGLIATISSIMO! In particolare, un ringraziamento al sig.
