Excellent moment passé à l'hôtel Belle Etoile lors d'un évènement professionnel.
Accueil au top, équipe au petit soin, chambre propre, PDJ nickel...hôtel très bien situé.

Hôtel avec des nouveaux propriétaires très sympathique et charmant. L’hôtel est rénové avec goût. Très propre. Petit déjeuner buffet , avec beaucoup de choix parfait. L Hôtel très bien placé en ville. Donne des adresses pour un restaurant . Ça vaut le détour.

Arrivati nel primo pomeriggio, dopo 600 km di viaggio, siamo stati accolti da una Signora gentilissima che ci ha offerto delle bottigliette di acqua fresca. L'hotel è vicino al centro e, nonostante non abbia un parcheggio privato, abbiamo trovato abbastanza facilmente un park pubblico. La camera non è grande ma pulita, solo un po' rumorosa vista l'ubicazione verso strada (abbastanza trafficata). Piccola colazione più che sufficiente. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

This family run hotel has recently been acquired by new owners who have completely turned the place around. It is in the middle of changing name from Castel Louis to Belle Étoile. Adeline welcomes you warmly and will help with any enquiries. There are 3 floors of bedrooms, ranging from single to family rooms for 4, all redecorated and with brand new shower rooms, Smart vinyl flooring. Comfortable beds. They are still making improvements. Our group of 11 adults and two children occupied 7 rooms between us! Everyone was really happy and comfortable. We took photos of some of the different rooms. Breakfast is served as a help yourself buffet -sweet and savoury- and all the baked goods are made on site. Nearby roadside parking is free. The hotel is well situated between the river Allier and the town centre. Highly recommend !

De passage dimanche soir, nous avons été très bien accueillis à la réception, de bons conseils pour aller dîner, chambre très belle et très propre, literie parfaite, douche efficace avec de la pression, hôtel silencieux, les oreillers sont justes un peu trop epais pour nous!! Tarif raisonnable pour une ville comme Vichy
