What a lovely experience I had here. The Arverna provides topnotch service, a quiet yet very convenient location (I never needed to use my car, just walked everywhere), and a beautiful garden patio where I enjoyed breakfast among the flowers. The hosts were kind and attentive, with excellent restaurant recommendations for me. They even surprised me with a gift on my birthday! I'll go back to Vichy...not just for the waters, but to stay here again.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour au sein de cet hôtel : la chambre était spacieuse et confortable, la salle de bain également, le buffet du petit déjeuner très copieux, l accueil et le service : soignés. Il est parfaitement situé au centre de Vichy

Un bel hôtel en plein centre ville, tout peut se faire à pied. Chambre très confortable, bien aménagée et très propre. C'est vraiment très agréable de loger ici et le personnel est très sympathique. Il y a même un jeu d'arcade dans la salle à manger d'hiver. Bravo

Déjà, l'accueil téléphonique est chaleureux et sympathique conforme à celui qui nous a été fait à notre arrivée. L'hotel situé en hyper centre de Vichy est agréable, les chambres, la notre la 105, était spacieuse et très bien équipée et particulièrement propre et la literie très confortable. Nous y sommes restés une nuit. Quant au petit déjeuner, il est varié, charcuterie et fromages, et de grande qualité du pain aux fruits. A noter, la petite douceur qu'est le yogourt fait maison, un vrai délice. En conclusion, je recommande cet établissement tenu avec beaucoup de gout par des gérants au contact agréable et au grand professionnalisme. Nous y reviendrons.

Très bel établissement, déco super ,accueil super confort au top avec une literie très confortable, une très grande propreté, une grande chambre et salle de bain ,un petit déjeuner local et très variés et une jean Jacques ( le chien) très accueillant 😉

Séjournant régulièrement pour le travail à l’hôtel Arverna, celui-ci est parfait. Les hôtes sont accueillants, l’hôtel très bien placé (gare sncf, centre ville, commerces, restos). Les chambres sont propres avec une literie de qualité, le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est top. Je recommande.
