Un hotel très bien situé, doté d'un excellent accueil. La chambre était très propre, confortable et la literie très bien. La chambre cependant montre de nombreux signes de fatigue et nécessiterait une rénovation complète....

Zeer vriendelijk en correct personeel, propere kamer - de badkamer wat klein en mag eens opgefrist worden maar was wel zeer netjes. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wie Vichy wil bezoeken. Deze stad is absoluut het bezoeken waard. Wij waren op doorreis en hebben extra tijd genomen - het heeft ons zeker niet gespeten dat we voor dit hotel kozen. Een aanrader.

An praktischem Ort und mit gepflegtem Ambiente hat uns dieses Hotel auf unserer Durchreise überzeugt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig (wenn auch etwas älter), sehr sauber und der Service sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen im Stadtzentrum mit Zimmern zu ruhiger Seitenstraße. Hauptgrund für unsere Buchung war der zugehörige Privatparkplatz - diesbezüglich wurden wir allerdings enttäuscht: er war ausgebucht - man hätte ihn im Voraus reservieren müssen. Darauf wurden wir beim Buchungsvorgang über eine Buchungsplattform nicht hingewiesen. Ärgerlich, aber wohl nicht dem Hotel anzulasten. Ansonsten Daumen hoch von uns.

Back again for the third time after 9 years! Everything is reassuringly familiar - great location, easy parking, excellent restaurant (both for breakfast and dinner). Some modernisation has taken place, and probably some more needs doing to some of the rooms (ours included). Still good value overall and recommendable.
