Poor amenities. There was only one coffee stick and no tea bags. Mineral water was only available on the first day and was not replenished after the bed was made. After I finished cleaning my room, I went back to my room and was relaxing, but the hotel staff opened the door without my permission. The staff at the front desk was also unpleasant, and when I asked questions about the spa, I was told to ask at the front desk. The attached spa was comfortable, but if you're expecting 5-star service from the hotel, you'll be disappointed.

Lovely room, great restaurant, really really noisy outside with a smoking area underneath our hotel window - nasty.

The swmming pool was closed and they did not guests know before ever arriving at the premises. No compensation either

Pool was closed with no warning. As this was the main reason I booked it this was v disappointing.

It was a quick stop but the whole town is very walkable and the parc nearby is absolutely gorgeous. We ordered room service, which was served on the dot by a very courteous, but also very discreet gentleman. The bellman took care of our electric vehicle and returned it to us fully charged.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel - breakfast was superb, service was sterling (especially reception staff), rooms were large and luxury. Spa is small but boasts selection of saunas (dry, non-dry, hammam) and medium mineral hydromassage pool. It also has selection of herbal cold teas and mineral water. The only this is that a few showers didn’t work properly - this needs to be addressed. The hotel is located opposite the Vichy water sources so you can visit drinking taps in the morning and choose one of the 5 taps of local mineral water to drink. Everything exceeded my expectations, thank you for this wonderful time.

a nice hotel that start to age - the bathroom and toilet plumbings are not the one you could expect in a 5 stars hotel

The property was great and the staff was quite good. There was one young woman who spoke amazing English. Not only did she speak well, her customer skills were excellent
