Small city But nice view. Due to the pandemic, there is not much tourists, the hotel is still great with a reasonable price.

Hotel pequeño pero bueno, limpio y atención amable. Lo único que puede mejorar es el desayuno, es poco y demoran un poco en rellenar las bandejas buffet. Las habitaciones son comodas y limpias, baños tambien son limpios.

Hidden gem in Trujillo. Close to PanAmerican Hwy and walking distance to shopping center. Very well appointed rooms and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Me hicieron esperar hasta las 3pm para entrar al cuarto. Jamas me habia pasado cuando he reservado hotel en esta app. Siempre han dado las facilidades para entrar antes. Lo peor es que indicaron que como habia hecho la reserva por hoteles.com, tenia que esperarme hasta las 3pm, y para entrar temprano, debia pagar ña tarifa completa otra vez. Que decepcion las politicas de este hotel.

Modern, clean facilities, good space in the room and I love that it has heating, a spacious bathroom. To improve the water heater system, I have to bathe with cold water a couple of times

I wish I found this hotel sooner, it's nice. Hot water, stable WiFi, completely modern, decent breakfast. Everything is new. The air-conditioner didn't turn on but I used the nice fan and it was perfect. Will stay here very often in the future! The nice Real Plaza mall is a 15 minute walk.
