The carpet has not been cleaned in decades. The room smelled musty. The shower, sink and toilet weren’t cleaned well. The bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the last occupants left. The wall near the vanity fell down. The microwave and refrigerator were old. I felt like taking a shower after touching anything. And I had to take a shower in my flip flops. #yuck

Had a nice stay while staying here- Arrived to a friendly staff and clean room- room was everything I have come to expect with the holiday inn and express brand. Friendly staff, clean room and a comfortable bed! Room was also clean, there was a gym to workout room and a pool to swim in. Thank you Victoria Holiday inn Express staff for having me! You guys are great!

A las 5 am se encendió la alarma del hotel y nadie nos aviso absolutamente nada que estaba sucediendo y después llegó el camión de la basura haciendo ruidos escandalosos . Las cortinas rotas y el sofá también hab. 336 . La alberca demasiado sucia hasta una silla adentro de la alberca y botella de cerveza. En general muuuy mala experiencia

The sleeping was so comfortable so fluffy. Could not get the blackout curtains to close but that was the only thing I found.
