Everything you amenity you need for the night plus a spa, however, they could clean and scrub around the spa. It looks unclean. The walls could do with a bit of attention too. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Check in was easy.

If you're a family or couple looking for a nice stay I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, EMERGENCY SERVICE HOUSING, FIRST NIGHT BLACK POWER MEMBERS TRIED TO STAND OVER THE MANAGER!!! KIDS FRIGHTENED AND CONFUSED. TALKED THEM OUT OF IT AND AND STAYED AN EXTRA NIGHT AS COULDNT AFFORD TO LOOSE MY MONEY AND GET ANOTHER PLACE, MORNING WE LEFT MORE BLACK POWER MEMBERS CHECKING INTO THE ROOMS, FULLY TATTED UP FACES, MOB MEMBERS THERE ALSO(DIDNT SEE PATCHES BUT LOTS OF RED, BUT, NO TROUBLE OR ANNOYANCES FROM THEM) BEST THING WAS THE SPA THATS IT.

This was the most terrible motel in New Zealand I've ever seen. Nightmare. Don't stay there. Health and safety issues. Unclean, old, rusty. No enough words to write. Over charged, even without staying there. After just seen all these return home strait away. Fake photos in most of the travelling websites.

Close to town and beds comfortable but definitely not what is shown on website. Open coffee packet, not enough towels for number of people staying, dusty and hygiene not up to four star standard. Got woken up by staff sitting and talking at table right outside our bedroom window at 7.30am. Not happy 😞

I would never recommend staying here it is unsafe & unhygienic it would not be complying with regulations Using an empty spa bath as a shower with used soap int it . The manager refused to change us unless we paid extra. Also d found finger nails on bedside .

The room was horrible stainedbedcovers, tub with stains and black mold. Picture are very deceiving, also homeless housing as well. The parking is tiny. Manger didn't want to refund our money and *********** was off no help.

Booked a room with a spa pool. It's actually just an outside tub. Room was incredibly dirty. Stained bedsheets, duvet cover, curtains, shower curtain and chairs. Bathroom was not clean before we took the room over. There was pee all over the seat and hair on the walls of the shower still. Should have read reviews before booking. Will definitely never book again.
