We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is excellent! You can walk to Victoria Falls on the Zimbabwe side and then to the border with Zambia in about 15 minutes. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. You can also walk to a large supermarket in about 15 minutes. The room is small but quite cozy and clean, with mosquito nets on the windows. They allowed us to check in quickly so we could go see the waterfall right away.

Location was convenient. The room was very very small, and not clean. But once we told them, they came and cleaned it properly. There is no lift. It’s better to book rooms and activities with the hotel directly because there’s a huge price difference between what’s displayed online and what’s displayed in person.

Hotel is in a good location, walk to Victoria falls entrance roughly 700 m. Staff is kindness and ready to support on your requirement

The hotel itself was quite clean. The only downside was that there were locals around the hotel, even coming inside, trying to sell hyperinflated Zimbabwean dollars. Other than that, everything else was generally good.

Terrible hotel, the only good thing was the location! No hairdryer! I asked the front desk twice and they said they were all borrowed out! It's completely like a domestic guesthouse, I definitely do not recommend it.

Great location. Nice swimming pool and cafe. Next door good bar. Be prepared that’s rooms like in Japan without space for suitcase.

The location is excellent, right in the center of town and only about a 10 minute walk to the bridge.
The room was just enough for a couple with two check-in-sized suitcases.
The breakfast and coffee were good enough if you’re in a rush.
However, there were a few issues during our stay.
There was no hot water after about 5 minutes of showering each day.
We stayed in a corner room facing the main road. From Friday to Sunday, between 7:30 PM and 11:00 PM, the restaurant across the street blasted loud music and non-stop chatter. Even with earplugs, the noise was still very noticeable…quite frustrating after a long day of travel.
We asked to change rooms, but the receptionist said this was the best they had available.

Great, no nonsense hotel. Centrally located. Awesome bars and restaurants within the walking distance. Perfect for visiting the falls for both Zimbabwe and Zambia side.

The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. And the price matches the quality. I can tell you right away that you'll be disappointed with the room size. They are small, and the common complaint about not being able to fully open your suitcase is true. However, for those who appreciate quick, affordable, and quality stays, you'll be satisfied here. The rooms are tiny but clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and while there's some noise, it's not critical. The water drainage in the shower was a bit slow, but that's a minor detail. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
