Bathroom is quite dirty and shower option is inconvenient. Location is ok but no dining option around. Initially they offerered a room without AC. But finally offered to change in a much smaller room (not good for 3 people). Otherwise ok.

First of all I admire Elton's personality so friendly and hospitable!! The service was excellent too including clean rooms ,good breakfast, communication with the drivers everything 100% enjoyable. Thank you Marina and David Belenky.

Very peaceful spot to spend a few days. Staff were very courteous and helpful especially with booking events and ensuring you had transportation if needed. If you plan a visit make sure you take advantage of the awesome trea**ents provided by the on-site massage therapists. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Amazing staff and service. Wonderful views. Immaculate grounds and ambience. Really felt pampered although it is a fairly large hotel. Very romantic and well appointed. The location was like something out of a movie or novel. The dining experience was excellent and everything was fresh and well prepared. The drinks were especially interesting and well thought out.
