Beautiful hotel and nice stay!

I have stayed here twice. The price/performance ratio is quite good. The room size is suitable and it is not crowded for a family of three. The food in the hotel's own restaurant is quite good and the environment is nice. It is also a good experience to sit by the window and eat while watching the scenery on the road.

The room was very good. I chose a sea view room with a balcony and a great view. Prosperity yet quiet, next door to the Provincial Parliament Building. Plenty of parking spaces, charges apply.

The hotel is quite good, and it is relatively environmentally friendly. There is no supply of drinking water bottles or disposable supplies, so you have to bring your own. But the location is nothing to say, and the overall feeling is good. The gym and swimming pool are great. I think I will stay here again if I come back next time.

The location is relatively good. In the center of Victoria, you can walk to all the lively places. Although the hotel facilities are slightly outdated, the harbor view room + double balcony is still very comfortable. In addition, the gym and swimming pool are relatively large, so you can experience them when you have time.

The room was not clean, and there was a dissatisfying note left by the previous guest stuck in the coffee machine! The air conditioner and refrigerator in the house are very noisy!

The room is clean and tidy. The Parliament Building and the museum are within easy reach, which is very convenient.

1. The information given by Ctrip was wrong. It said it had a swimming pool, so I chose this hotel. However, it was not open when we checked in. I was very disappointed. Later, the front desk said that we could borrow it from a hotel next door. They explained the usage to us, but it was very troublesome to understand in English and required leaving the hotel. Since the children were very young and didn’t want to bother with it, we refused. 2. The hotel is not very new, so it charged a parking fee of 21 Canadian dollars. When we arrived at the parking lot, we saw that the machine said 12 Canadian dollars. We also called the front desk to ask why we paid 21 Canadian dollars, and then we didn’t understand English very well. It probably means that the 12 Canadian dollars is for visiting customers. We are staying in the hotel. This is doubtful. After all, we don’t understand the reason. 3. On the second night, we moved to the Embassy Hotel next door. It felt that the facilities were not much different from the old ones, but the price was reduced by 50%, and free parking and free breakfast for the next day were provided. I would also like to mention that Ctrip provided The information is not accurate, because there is no microwave in reality, but the Embassy Hotel provided a microwave when we stayed, which was a little surprise.

The hotel's location is right next to the state capitol and downtown is a 5-minute walk away, so it was easy to wander around until late at night. However, the downside was that water was not provided.

The location is good, the room is comfortable, the scenery is beautiful, and the front desk service is great. I will choose it again next time!
