The location of the hotel is the biggest advantage. It takes five minutes to get to the City Hall on the left and five minutes to get to Fisherman's Wharf on the right. The facilities are relatively old and the hygiene is sloppy (there is a thick circle of dust on the lampshade). The breakfast is simple. I asked for help to heat the milk, but was refused. Parking fee is $15 a day.

It's a very nice hotel. The location is excellent with the legislation building outside. The staff is helpful. Breakfast is nice, though variety is just ok. Kitchen provision is a very nice option which save a lot for dinner.

The hotel is very close to Victoria Harbor, but it is not high, only three floors, and the harbor cannot be seen from the room. There is an internal parking lot, 15 Canadian dollars per day. You need to go to the front desk to apply for a fixed parking space, and drop the room card to enter the underground parking lot. It was only when I came back the next day that I found that the parking space was occupied, and the front desk arranged the same parking space repeatedly. The room facilities are complete, but a bit old. The hot water was not hot on the second night. The front desk said to check it out, but it was not solved at two o'clock in the morning. There was a Chinese lady at the front desk. I stayed for two nights and only met her when checking in, and never saw her again after that.

The room and facilities are too old. Turning on the shower makes louder noise than running a tractor. Fortunately, the upstairs owner doesn't have the habit of taking a shower in the middle of the night, otherwise I would not be able to sleep all night.
