Best Western Plus Inner Harbour

Great location to catch the coho ferry. Comfortable and great breakfast. Secure parking was great to have, but it’s an extra fee of $12.50.

Minimal room service was provided. It is the usual expectation that if one stays in a hotel, that minimum room service would include making the beds, and minimal cleaning. Only after checking in and discovering the next day that nothing was done, we were informed that this hotel only provide "towel and garbage services". Nowhere was this explained when we booked the hotel. According to the front desk, our booking states that we will only receive "towel and garbage services" but I reviewed my booking confirmation and it does not state that at all! The room had a small kitchen, which was one of the main features we looked for when we choose our hotel booking. Main reason was that we had frozen foods that did require to remain frozen for the duration of our stay. The fridge in the room had only a very small freezing compartment, clearly not enough space. Again speaking with the front desk staff, they were not willing at all to provide any alternative storage space for the frozen items. The irony of it all is that they room came with a full size oven range, yet there are no pots/pans/dishes/plates or any items to prepare any meals or even serve those meals. Which begs the question, why do you even offer an oven range in the room when there is nothing to use on it!! There is no air conditioner. Even though it was spring time, the room was very hot and I can imagine that it would be very uncomfortable during a summer stay. The carpet was loose and crumpling in the room. Could easily trip somebody with decreased mobility. We are very disappointed in this hotel and very likely will not stay there again and will not easily recommend this hotel to any friends/family.

My experience in this hotel was average. 3-4 minutes walk from parliament house and from inner harbour which was good thing but property was looking like little bit old. View in winter time was good because there were no leaves on the trees and it was easy to see through to the harbour side which could be different in summer's. Parking in the hotel is chargeable.

Hotel staff was the friendliest and most helpful we’ve experienced in our travels. The Hotel was clean and updated. Excellent location in the Inner Harbor.

The Best Western Inner Harbour is within easy walking distance of the downtown area and is right along side of the Parliament Buildings and historic James Bay. The facilities are clean and well kept the staff are helpful and outgoing.

Reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well located in Victoria. I liked that there was secure parking below the hotel.
