The location is a bit far because we need to walk on a slope every time when we have to reach the hotel. Overall, the service is good, the room is very clean and bright, and the pool is okay.

This is my second stay here following last month. After all, the location is convenient. Amenities are minimal but ok.
The view from the restaurant from the 18th floor was good, and the food was voluminous and delicious.

I always love my stays at chateau Victoria. They are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, and they will always go above and beyond for you. I have had no problems getting late check outs. The service is always on point.

Rooms are so comfortable and clean. Also had the best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel. I love being right downtown Victoria, close to it all. Staff were very helpful. My kids loved the pool! This was my third time staying here, and I will return every time I go to Victoria.
