The hotel is located in the urban area, and there are various shops in the surrounding area. The shopping mall is within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. Figure 1. Toiletries provide body soap and shampoo. Water cups are provided but no toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. The water heater is of the instant-on and instant-heat type, and the switch must be turned on on the left side of the full-length mirror when in use. Please adjust the water temperature from low to high to avoid getting hot. Another: slippers are not provided in the room, please bring your own.

Good place to Stay if your budget is your concern… Expected on the Service as the price is So cheap… 👍👍👍

Stay for 2 nights here. Room was okay, the AC was good enough to spend the whole nights. The front office staff @ Misha was kind and cheerful. One can find a Mamak shop nearby and prices are affordable. It's a good place to stay here and I will not hesitate to come again if I have a chance to visit Labuan.

This is the second time I came here to stay, and I was given the same room. I was disappointed that the bathroom door in the room was broken and still not changed. If you push hard, the whole door will fall off🤦♀️ and the water hose next to the toilet wall fell off last time Yes, I still haven’t changed it this time, I’m a little disappointed, but the location of the hotel is very good, there are many gourmet restaurants nearby, and there are also many snack bars, so eating won’t make you a headache😊

The stay was very nice. D services was was very good n their staffs very helpful. Will consider to stay again.

Highly recommend to travel in Labuan and staying here it is a better choice. - The price was cheeper - Room is comfortable, clean beautiful. - The hotel is clean. - All staff in hotel is friendly and kindly. - Easy to find food this area.

The Hotel is well furnished and the staff are well trained. In all my interactions with the staff I have found them to be professional and courteous. As I am in a quarantine room the meals are provided in a plastic box and arrive fairly cold, however I understand that it is logistically impossible to provide steaming hot food to each room. The food is quite tasty inspite of the temperature. Amenities are ver good.
