The receptionist was very rude and entitled with her 4 inch nails. She basically tossed my room key packet at me.
She should not be greeting people. She had a female friend nearby and was making inappropriate comments about the guests.
She said that if I didn’t like the service then I could leave and stay somewhere else.
I’m not a Hilton member and after this experience I probably will never be, which is unfortunate since I’m acquiring a local company for $20million.
My wife is COO of a company in Montclair, CA and they spend several hundred thousand dollars a year on Hilton hotels in California.
She is switching the company over to Marriott.
