This was such an amazing stay for our family! We had an adorable tent in our room, for the kids to play with cookies to decorate, and hot chocolate in our room! Everyone was so super kind, and you could tell that everyone was trained to pay attention to kids and welcome them. I was impressed with every aspect of our stay at this hotel!

Chinese tourists may feel a little bit ridiculous, but this is not Los Angeles. Although there is no Chinese supermarket next to it, there is a Western supermarket. It is more convenient to buy food.

This particular holiday inn was disappointing. Maybe it was because they are renovating or maybe because of covid. It was pretty sad. The room was clean and front desk people were very nice. The ice machine on the 5th floor wasn’t working. The pool area was miserable. It served its purpose for one night. There was no continental breakfast.
