Es un hotel sencillo que cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas noches en Vielha. La habitación tiene un tamaño correcto. El personal de recepción es muy amable y ofrece información turística. El desayuno es correcto con embutidos, cereales, pan, etc. el café es de maquina y te lo haces al momento. Buena ubicación.

· Très joli petit hotel familial. Acceuil très plaisant de la réceptionniste à notre arrivée et bons conseils. Chambre hyper propre, très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est sucré et salé et servi par les patrons de l'hotel. Des personnes très aimables également. L'hotel est situé à 2 pas du cente ville; donc parfait emplacement.

Servicio de atención al cliente pésimo, les dije de cambiar fechas y no me lo permitieron. Nunca más me verán por ese hotel ya que después me he enterado por amigos qué tuvieron una pésima experiencia.

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel est exemplaire, l'hôtel est très bien placé plein centre ville avec un parking à disposition. C'est un bon hôtel sans prétention mais efficace. Le petit déjeuner est varié, la chambre que nous avions était au calme et la qualité de la literie est excellente. Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Hotel est bien situé. Dommage que le parking est très petit au niveau -2 il faut téléphoner avant pour réserver une grande place.
La baignoire était bouchée. Donc ll'Hygiène plutôt médiocre. Je ne reviendrai pas.
Il compense avec le prix pas cher.
Le petit déjeuner est bien.
Pas de climatisation chaleur étouffante.
