El hotel está situado en magnífico emplazamiento con unas completisimas instalaciones, pero lo realmente excepcional, lo que destaca por encima de todo es la profesionalidad, amabilidad y eficacia de todo el personal del hotel. Desde la Recepción hasta el Restaurante, todos están deseando agradar al cliente. Enhorabuena!

Genial para ir a su cafetería para ver el fútbol y cenar,he repetido en varias ocasiones y siempre tiene el mismo nivel,la camarera Sara nos brinda un gran servicio,como en casa,muy amable y muy atenta en todo momento se agradece,la comida muy buena volveremos!

Stayed here for a week and frankly it’s not 4 star - it’s tired and it was difficult to get a hot shower as the temperature fluctuated badly. As for food, avoid the half board as our group named the hotel - Hotel Tepid, as getting anything hot, including the shower was virtually impossible. Beds were fine and the hotel was far too warm - so I cannot recommend and I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is located near the center of the city with a walking distance to restaurants, stores and even a large supermarket. There is a parking space next to the hotel (not an official garage). Since we visited out of the high season, we had no problem finding a space.
Regarding the employees, some are very kind and some aren't.
The air-conditioner in our room wasn't really effective. Breakfast was mediocre.

Hôtel bien placé et confortable. Bon petit-déjeuner. Petit bémol toutefois : nous avons réservés cet hôtel spécialement pour la piscine intérieure chauffée, mais celle ci était fermée pour travaux à notre arrivée et nous n'avons pas été prévenu en amont. Aucun geste commercial consenti par l'hôtel suite à ce désagrément. Nous aurions changé d'hôtel si nous l'avions su plus tôt !!
À quasiment 100€ la nuit c'est inadmissible.

Ni mucho menos le daría 4*. Le daría la categoría de Hostal. Mal aislamiento en las paredes, comida muy mala y las instalaciones necesitan mucho mantenimiento. Por decir algo positivo el personal.Pero todo es una papel para intentar suplir las terribles deficiencias que tiene el hotel. No volveré nunca. Poneros las pilas !!!

Hôtel bien situé, jolie décoration, ambiance agréable, personnel très gentil, directeur disponible, petit déjeuner copieux, concert acoustique au bar 👍, grand parking gratuit devant, belle vue sur les montagnes. Mais on vient depuis des années et on voit qu’il n’y a pas d’entretien et de rénovation… Les toilettes de notre chambre ont fui tout le séjour … Le spa est payant et pourtant il n’est pas nettoyé et n’est pas reposant car c’est une piscine familiale avec les enfants qui sautent et jouent sans surveillance (même dans le sauna!!!). Pas de douche obligatoire avant … La piscine est sale, des cheveux partout, et les jets d’eau ne fonctionnent pas. Le hammam est fermé. Le sauna n’est pas entretenu avec des toiles d’araignées au plafond. Des plantes en plastique sales et cassées. Tellement dommage …

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Vielha, las habitaciones son cómodas y lo suficientemente amplias para estar bien. Lo mejor la calidad de la cama, y lo peor de mi visita el elevado sonido de la máquina de refrigeración. El personal del hotel, tanto de recepción como del resto de servicios, es encantador y atento.
