Terrible service, at the time of check-in, the guys were unsure of my reservation, they didn't know if I had made it, they didn't clean the room only on the first day, then I had to go to the reception to request the daily cleaning supplies, they did not deliver daily towels, they did not solve the problems due to the lack of coordination on the part of the managers, and finally I consider that they sell more advertising for what the hotel really is, the rooms are different compared to what that they publish in the photographs.
I would not recommend this place because of the disappoin**ent and experience I had. The only thing I save is the restaurant. Good breakfast, and the boys at my disposal.

We stayed at hotel Blu Aran at the beginning of December in order to enjoy the opening of ski season at Baqueira Beret ski resort.
The location of the hotel is in Vielha, just a short walk from downtown and still in a quiet side road. It has available free parking, which is not a common thing here, since many hotels charge up to 10€ per day to use their parking space even to customers.
Breakfast is good but lacking a bit in variety.
Rooms are comfortable and cozy with good condition appliances, we specially enjoyed the big bathtub to relax with a hot bath after the whole day skiing. Also the balcony is a very nice space with a great view over the rooftops of Vielha.
Overall a good experience in Hotel Blu Aran

Fantástico hotel con vistas al valle Preciosas personal muyyy amable y competente Desayuno riquísimo y variado , al igual que las habitaciones , muy bien equipadas y camas cómodas .. Lo recomiendo al 100x100. Baños reformados y equipados , parking gratuito , balcón con vistas .

Very good place. Warm welcome in French. The room was very clean with recent materials. The cleaning is of high quality. We had a view of the mountains but with two single beds at the expense of the double bed initially requested. We had breakfast in the hotel, the buffet was good and complete for the price it remains very reasonable.
