청결,시설,난방 최고입니다.
바로앞에 버스있고 도보거리에 지하철있긴 하지만 가는 길이 공사중이라 버스이용이 훨씬 편합니다. 비엔나중심지나 관광지 금방 가고 가격대비 시설이 매우 넓고 좋습니다.
대신 레지던스형? 에어비엔비컨셉 ? 이런거라 안내메일오면 알아서 온라인으로 체크인처럼 등록해서 코드받고 알아서 방위치도 찾아서 들어가는 방식입니다. 이런거 번거로운 분들은 그냥 일반호텔가는것도 나쁘지않아요.

My family has now returned to Korea after finishing the trip to Europe. When it comes to travel, accommodation is very important in determining the image of the city. Even in the same city, there is a pretty good chance that if you stay in good accommodation, you will think the city is good, and if you stay in bad accommodation, you will think it is bad. This residence offers a very high level of employee kindness compared to other residences. Also, the facilities are very well-equipped without breaking down, and feedback is fast. However, when you go to the supermarket, it is recommended to use public transportation rather than walking. The tram is very well-established, and I always used 24 hours tickets ~ 7 days tickets.

Around 20 minutes straight Tram ride from city center but easy to travel. Tram stops right in front of the property. Nice staff. Modern furnitures. Clean. Spacious. Almost complete kitchen amenities. Happy and comfortable with the accommodation. Recommended. Thank you.
