Perfect hotel for travelers! The hotel is right next to the central station, making it very easy to get around the city and to the airport. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The only positive aspect of this stay is its convenient location near the central train station. Unfortunately, everything else was a letdown. There is no air-conditioning or heater in the room at all. I cannot imagine how unbearable the room would be during summer. The hair dryer was extremely dirty, sticky, and obviously the coating is melted, with tissue from the previous guest stuck to it. It was honestly unhygienic and unacceptable. Upon arrival, we did not receive any email on guidance for check-in, we couldn’t enter the lobby to do our check-in, there’s no receptionist at all and we have to wait until someone came out from the lobby so we can get in and do the check-in. The bathroom design is poor — after every shower, water leaks outside the shower area and pools on the floor. There is also no shampoo or soap holder, so each time I needed to use my toiletries, I had to open the shower door to reach them. On top of that, the accommodation doesn’t even provide proper tissues. Instead, they supplied kitchen paper towels, which felt very unprofessional for a home stay. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. I do not recommend it.

The location is great! Very close to Sudtiroler Plaz, where you can find public transportation like U (underground), S (train), and tram. Also, we like the kitchen!

The location was very convenient. The room is very nice, but a bit hot even in winter I had to open the window. It was clean overall but I found a silverfish insect and wasn't happy about it.

The apartments are literally right in front of the main train station, just a few steps across the street. The location is awesome for travellers who intend to stop by a few days before hitting the road using the train service again. Besides, the supermarkets/marts that operate in the train station make it convenient for people who stay nearby to do their grocery especially when everywhere is closed on Sunday.

Near to the station, there’s a drinking water machine at the lobby,and a small kitchen which can heat the food. Recommended!
