The Hoxton Vienna

Very beautiful and funky hotel. Great facility with very nice view from the window. Very friendly staff.

The hotel in a great location, 5-minute walk to Metro station and 2-minute walk to a very nice restaurant. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a good coffee shop. However, there is no hanger in the bathroom to hold the clothes

Wonderful city - great for culture, food and history. Hoxton Vienna - poor for service, chaotic dining experience, basic issues with room. Stayed here for 4/5 days earlier this year and complained about a number of things to the hotel. Quickly received a direct response from the manager assuring the matters would be followed up and a response given with refund. Since then have had no further contact, despite contacting them again on several occasions. Resorted to contacting COO of brand, website states you can give feedback there and it will be looked at monthly. Despite this there has been no attempt to contact me in any way. There is a clear attempt to prevent any complaints being properly addressed by the parent company (Accor) website, so if the hotel does not respond you are left without any further way to escalate the issue. For a big brand hotel, The Hoxton has shown how little it cares about individuals and just wants you to put up with whatever service (or lack of) it provides. Avoid booking with them unless you want frustration and a poor experience, no matter how great the city may be.
