Those with big luggages will have to lug their luggages up 6 steps before reaching the elevator. Good location as it was across obb station. Near nice kebab stall.

We have a international flight at 10am and they are so kind to allow us to have our breakfast before 630am. So grateful for the kitchen staff. The room is slightly smaller than the previous one we stay, but it's alright. Heater in the room is working fine. Location is spectacularly convenient right opposite the train station. Will definitely come back

i was early for 30 mins, they managed to slot me in early…so grateful to be able check in early, i just walked about 2km from wombat with all my luggages…helpful staff and good location

1.私自換更差的更小的房間給我
本來預訂了兩晚。第一晚，問我是否一人入住，在我預訂了大床房的情況下，私自換了差價200人民幣左右的單人房，並且告訴我當晚無法換房。我後邊就來了一對中國情侶，他們順利入住。
房間的衞生間淋雨門小到我再胖一點點甚至進不去，我165CM/56kg女生
2.看我一個女生住，欺騙我，浪費我的時間
在我下樓battle之後，前台答應我第二天上午7點鐘可以換房，並且在我要求需要補差價之後同意補價格。我同步和攜程客户溝通。多爭取了一個早餐
但是第二天早晨我下樓，換了新前台，也問我是不是一個人住。在確認我是一個人後，告訴我無法換房，也不能退差價，因為我得到了早餐補償。（早餐人民幣100左右）
如果確實需要換房間，需要下午3點鐘之後他的領導來了才能確認是否可以給我換房間。（那時候他們是有大床房的，攜程上可以搜尋到）
3.房間沒有暖氣空間非常小，不建議入住
4.攜程全程認證幫忙溝通處理，還是非常感謝

唯一的優勢是在火車總站旁，由於早去晚回湖區，看這是洲際下面的，定在這裏。但是這酒店太差勁了：
沿街，房間不隔音，非常吵，住了三晚，前面兩晚攜程定的，給了個沿街的，忍了。第三晚從湖區回來，特意強調給個安靜的，前台小印度又給了個沿街的。非常生氣。
第三晚入住時看我金卡給了張紙，裏面寫了提供早餐啥的，因為假日這種確實給會員預訂的提供早餐，所以向前台確認，前台説是的。第二天放心去吃了，説實話早餐很一般，就是牛奶和一些麪包，吃完當天的前台不認賬，説要付29歐。我簡直無語。太賴了。
房間小，看上去很臟，不知道怎麼進洲際集團的，這酒店在國內就不會有人住。
這家謹慎入住，建議別入住，火車站也有好多選擇。

I really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly concept, which fits perfectly with its central location. It’s just across the street from the main railway station and very close to the Belvedere Museum, with a subway stop less than five minutes away. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, making my stay even better. The only downside is that on very hot days, sleeping can be a bit uncomfortable since the rooms don’t have air conditioning. But as this is part of the eco-friendly philosophy, I can’t really complain.
