This hotel was supposed to be the most anticipated one on our trip, but the stay was thoroughly disappointing. During our stay, we found another guest's personal clothing left in the drawer. For a hotel at this price point, I consider this completely unacceptable. We immediately called the front desk, but nobody answered either time. Later, when we requested a room change, the hotel refused. On top of that, the facilities were scratched up all over, and the sliding door in the bathroom was broken. The hotel's €42 breakfast wasn't great either—it was my first time ever having a fully cooked Benedict egg.

Don't even get me started. The shower didn't have a water barrier, so the entire room flooded as soon as someone took a shower! The staff had to bring five bath towels just to mop up the floor. Maybe because it's a "designer hotel," the designer cared less about practical functionality—though honestly, the room wasn't even that nice-looking!
Second, the room lights were broken, making the whole room pitch-black and impossible to see clearly. We reported it on the first day, but it wasn't fixed until the third day!
The only silver lining was a super nice front desk staff member from China named Xutianhao. He was proactive in solving our issues, treated us to a drink, coordinated the maintenance, and even gave us complimentary breakfast for one day.
A huge thank you to Xutianhao! Otherwise, my hotel experience in Vienna would have been a total disaster.
At 10,000 RMB for three nights, the value for money is definitely poor.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed everything about the hotel. It’s close to the city center, so we could easily walk to the center, cafés, and restaurants. The view from our room was perfect, overlooking the canal. The service was excellent.

Concierge staff are amazing, warmly welcomed late at night on 20 Jul by the manager(?) who immediately offered water and brought our luggages up with us to give us a room tour although it was late at night.
Check out was very pleasant as well - kept luggage in the hotel and upon return Dali approached to ask if he could help with anything - brought us our luggage, water and an extension cable so we could relax and charge our devices

We booked this hotel because of the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant. However no information was showed at trip.com or the hotel website during booking (3 weeks before the trip) the restaurant is undergoing renovation. The breakfast was relocated to the 4th floor with no view. It also changed to semi buffet which you need to order the main course. It is extremely disappointing! Most of the places of the restaurant has been blocked for renovation, just having 5-6 tables for drink during night time. If we know it before, we would not book the hotel. The cost of the hotel is more expensive than other five stars and the premium is mainly due to the breakfast experience at the rooftop. It was so disappointed the booking website and hotel website did not mention it.
Also, we were there during World Cup and it was surprised none of any places such as the rooftop bar during night time nor the lobby lounge has any TV showing the game! Can’t expected a so called five stars stylish hotel from Accor group missing this world event.
Many others commented the room and it is true that room true to have some design but ending up not so convenient to travellers. Anyway will not stay this again as there are a lot of better options in Vienna for this price.

Excellent service, the minibar is free, and the location is superb for getting around. The subway is just a 200-meter walk away. Vienna is beautiful, I highly recommend staying here!
