Nice hotel, not too far from the city center. Paid parking is available 200m from the hotel.
The room was spacious for a couple, but a bit less so for four people. The bed was comfortable.
The toilet was separate from the shower and sink, which was a good setup for two people to use different facilities at the same time.
It was a blind room, but well-ventilated.
Breakfast was excellent.

The location was excellent. We could walk to all the nice places, and public transportation was very close by. It was lovely to walk and explore along the river. There was also a wonderful bakery right next to it. The room was very clean and spacious. We fit perfectly with our two children, aged 1 and 7. Since we only chose a room-only stay, I have no opinion on the food.

The hotel is extremely clean, truly spotless, and its location is excellent, right by the Rhine River. It's only a 10-minute walk to the Cologne Cathedral. A taxi from the airport takes just 30 minutes.

Novotel Wien City provided a comfortable and convenient stay. The hotel was clean, tidy, with everything you would expect from a standard Novotel. The room was comfortable, and the front desk staff were helpful and willing to assist with directions and any questions we had, which made our stay more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited, the dining area floors were often dirty, and the breakfast staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. While the hotel itself met expectations, I would recommend skipping the breakfast and exploring one of the many excellent cafés nearby instead.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the breakfast experience could definitely be improved.
