The rooms facing the train tracks were really noisy, especially room 522. I had to change it. The trains didn't stop until 1 AM, and since I checked in late, there were no other rooms available that night. The hotel staff were all very friendly and I thought they were great people. However, there's one thing I can't accept: the next day, after I had changed rooms and explicitly put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, a staff member still used their card to enter. I don't understand why, as the room had already been cleaned that morning and didn't need another cleaning that day, especially with the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. I think I heard a knock but was half-asleep and thought it was next door. I really think this was unacceptable.

The transportation is very convenient here. You can directly access the airport via the S7 line, and it is also easy to travel to other cities with transfers from Wien Hbf. The service is nice, and the overall design of the hotel is quite unique.
However, the hygiene condition was disappointing. When I checked in, I found some hair on the bed and towels, and the carpet was not very clean either. I even stepped on a relatively large metal fragment on the floor.
Another major drawback is that there is almost no proper desk or working space in the room. I had to use the bedside table as a temporary desk, which is quite inconvenient, especially for business travelers or researchers who need to work on a laptop.

This was our hotel for the last night of our Vienna trip. At first, we thought the location might be a bit far, but it turned out to be very convenient. The hotel is only about a 6-minute walk from the train station.
One of the best things about this hotel is that Tram No. 2 stops right in front of the hotel. We purchased a 24-hour transport ticket, which allowed unlimited travel, making it very easy to get around the city for shopping, sightseeing, and exploring Vienna.
The transportation connections were excellent. On our departure day, we simply walked to the train station and took a direct train to Vienna Airport, which made our journey stress-free and convenient.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for travelers looking for easy access to public transport, shopping areas, and the airport. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located with a direct 30-minute train ride from the airport, and there's a tram and bus stop right outside, making it easy to get to all the attractions. It's clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff are warm and attentive. I arrived around noon on May 17th, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. She helped me find the perfect room and gave me directions on how to get around. I'm very grateful to her. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Great location near the tram station and a very stylish interior. The bathroom features a convenient dry-wet separation, though the open layout without a closed door of the bathroom felt a bit weird and unusual.
