I stayed at Maxx Vienna from 11 to 15 October 2025 and had a truly enjoyable experience. The location was excellent — close to the U-Bahn, with cafés and shops within walking distance, yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay.
The staff were incredibly accommodating and professional throughout my visit. I especially want to thank Angelina from the front desk, who handled my last-minute request to extend my stay with such kindness and efficiency. It made a world of difference after a small mix-up on my end!
My room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The separate blankets were a nice touch — no “blanket fights” during the night! The overall vibe of the hotel was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a comfortable home base while exploring Vienna.
I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and genuinely welcoming hotel in Vienna.

The room facilities were decent, but the service attitude was just okay. At nine in the morning, the cleaning staff loudly knocked on my door. Also, the front desk gave me the wrong room key when I checked in. Everything else was fine, although the location is a bit out of the way.

The room was spacious and nice, but the air conditioning wasn't working and it was very hot. Plus, there was no window to open! I reported it to reception, and they told me I'd have to wait until Monday for maintenance since I arrived on a Sunday. For now, they'd give me a fan. That evening, I decided to take a shower, but the drain was blocked! After a horrible night in the heat, the next morning I asked to change rooms to one with a window and AC, which they did!
The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. I'd left a small piece of plastic that wasn't removed, so clearly, they don't vacuum every day! Also, it seems to depend on who's cleaning the room whether you get your coffee and tea replaced or not! Overall, the reception staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming.

Initial Room unfortunately not clean, there was hair everywhere on the mattress, not how it's supposed to be for a 4 star hotel. Front desk was nice enough to give me a bigger room that was definitely cleaner.
