Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna

We enjoyed our stay at Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna! The location was so convenient, right next to the Hauptbahnhof Central Train Station. (Note that you can walk through the station and exit via the exit nearest to Burger King) The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Recommend!

Nice hotel with very good location. Everything is perfect. I will book this hotel again if I come to Vienna again.

Disappointing Experience :( I had two stays at Adina Hotel, and both were unsatisfactory. During my first visit, the entire hotel system was down for two nights, forcing staff to issue backup room keys. This was quite inconvenient. After spending days travel in other town, I returned to Vienna for my second stay, which was even worse. The sink in my assigned room was clogged, and although the staff moved me to a new room, I had to pack and unpack my luggage, which was frustrating. The next day, the new room had its own issue: the lock was out of battery. Even after staff replaced the battery, it still didn't work. I was in a rush to leave, and the staff assured me that a technician would fix it while I was out. Unfortunately, it remained unresolved. Additionally, the attitude of the night staff was unprofessional. When I expressed my reluctance to change rooms again and asked for alternatives, I was met with a dismissive response. The staff insisted I must change rooms and remarked, "At least you’ve got a new room," with a very poor tone. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experiences.

Spacious, and modern serviced apartment steps away from the Vienna Central Station. The apartments are quite big and have a nice kitchenette, microwave, water kettle, and some plates, bowls, utensils, cups, and pots and pans for you to use. Shampoo and body wash are provided in the washroom. There is also laundry facilities at basement with fee. The grocery store as well as some restaurants within walking distance. Just the bed was a bit soft, soundproof wasn’t that good can hear every single sound come from bathroom. Shower stand was broken and not fixed even we stayed for 3N
