Неплохой отель с отличным месторасположением. Не очень качественная уборка в номере, на крыше отеля 25 ульев, которые свили огромное гнездо на террасе под солнечным зонтом. На просьбу убрать пчел с террасы мы поняли, что пчелы важнее гостей: их убирали 2 дня, кормя нас обещаниями и потом они еще какое то время летали на террасе роем. Так себе ситуация и впечатления о менеджменте отеля. В следующий раз остановимся в другом отеле.

The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of museums, galleries, and major tourist spots, and the front desk and bell staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Thank you for going the extra mile, especially with the lovely birthday cake. However, we did notice a water leakage sound in our room during the night.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

In these days where even a five stars classification is not a guarantee of quality, this hotel was a pleasant surprise, providing a true hospitality experience.
The position is unrivalled, being only minutes of walking distance away to Stephansdom, Hofburg and other important points of interest.
Most importantly, the staff was absolutely pleasant, and accommodated our requests quickly and professionally
