The facility was pretty clean. My main issue is that there aren’t enough charging ports for the room and they are randomly scattered instead of at beds.

Experience a bad check in ..among so many hostel I stay in Europe this is the worst experience ..but luckily the front desk girl ..she still very polite talking to me ..very patient …cannot blame on her on the night she duty there are one new guy tag with her where she alone settle all the check in ..and the hostel can be in by anyone which is not save if alone female traveller ..

The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of variety. The location was perfect — close to all the main attractions yet quiet at night.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay for solo travelers!
I stayed here as a solo traveler and had a really good experience. The hostel has a friendly atmosphere, clean rooms, and helpful staff. It’s easy to meet new people, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. Definitely a good place to stay if you’re traveling alone and want both comfort and good vibes!

Great location of the hostel as it is close to the main train station of Vienna. But the hostel's kitchen is not well maintained and we couldn't use it.

Very nice hotel and well organized, the receptionist was very helpful however he was the only one there so it will be nice if there were other staff
I arrived around 11pm but the place was bright and bussing with people
One of the biggest hotels I stayed so far
