Excellent location!! Clean, room a bit small but it didn’t matter much since we were out all day. 24 hour service/staff! Excellent staff! Walking distance to everything!!

The staff were very welcoming and even did our washing as part of the service. Rooms were comfortable, with basic cooking facilities. Great location for exploring Vienna.

I was a bit skeptical to stay here given the lack of reviews so used Google/Expedia as a gauge. We stayed for 2 nights and understood they didn’t have AC. That being said, it’s unbearable and the fans in the room are not enough to cool them down. You cannot stay here in the warm weather months. From a location perspective, was great - very close to all the action in Vienna. I’d love to visit Vienna again, however, would be looking for alternative accommodations

The room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen. A great place to stay and near a number of museums.
