The hotel was located close to tram lines that go all the way to places of interest. Changing train to tram stops was easy. The apartment had all the things needed. Shower was good. The staff there were all Filipinos which was great. But one wonders if there is some kind of arrangement there. Some were not too friendly. Overall it was a good place to stay if one is not bothered by minor issues.
There was a great Turkish restaurant nearby too.

Nice location, tram station and supermarket within 5 minutes walk, very nice and new appliances, I love the coffee maker and dish washer!
Room is spacious and comfortable, modern design, staffs are helpful and nice
Although our room face the main road, still quiet with window locked, satisfied!
Will consider this hotel if we visit Vienna next time👍

My mom likes Vienna the most out of all the cities in Europe. For my mom, who hurt her leg during her trip, it was the best city. It is because of its superb hospital, friendly and honest people, and convenient transportation facilities for the disabled.
This hotel is not far from Vienna Central Railway Station and tourist attractions. Next door is the Lidl supermarket, there is bus stop No. 1, which is advantageous for tourism, and there is also a general hospital. In Vienna, which has cloudy and cold weather even in the spring, the fact that the room can be heated was good for my old mother.

The room is well equipped. it is clean; however, I am confused a little why the housekeeper just cleaned my room once.
The other thing is the noise, even it is not loud, but as my room is at the roadside of a main road, so sometimes I could be bothered a little by the car horns and sirens.
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, the luggage storage service is good. as to the breakfast, as there was only bread, it was not friendly for me, a rice and noodle man.

Staff isn’t helpful and I don’t feel safe to stay. After extended the stay and told the staff my new booking, the staff still open my room without lock the door.
Please note that the room in this hotel don’t have phone and door without lock. It’s impossible to contact its staff if anything happen and any hotel staff can enter the room without notice the guest.

Hotel is easily accessible by S Bahn and Tram with stops just around the corner. There are a few supermarkets nearby but eateries are very very very limited. Room is good size and the cooking facilities provided is a big plus. Staff is helpful though we didn't have much occasions to chat as hotel reception is never on your way to come and go. Overall, it's a good experience.
