I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I recommend this hotel if you’re considering a trip with a small - medium dog. Staffs are very kind, they welcomed my dog. All rooms are pet friendly , there is no service for dogs but it’s fine. 20€ for a dog. The location is in front of metro station and there are big shopping malls actually around 3 minutes walk.
비엔나 중앙역, 슈테판 대성당을 지나가는 U1 지하철 Kagran역 바로 앞에 있어요. 도심과는 거리가 좀 있지만 지하철 타고 금방 시내 갈 수 있어서 이동하기 좋고, 강아지 동반 가능합니다. 대신 동반시 추가요금 20€가 붙습니다. (카드, 현금결제 O) 바로 앞에 큰 쇼핑 센터가 3개 연결되어 있어서 쇼핑하고 식사하기에도 좋아요. 저녁에도 밝고 무섭지 않아서 좋았습니다.

While the room was reasonably clean, the housekeeping was poor and constantly forgot to give us the right number of towels, cups, etc after cleaning, as well as knocking over our belongings onto the floor, and disposing of a bag that I had wanted to keep. Location was clean but would not recommend the stay.

Excellent hotel with a fantastic location. The subway is right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere.
