Un hôtel agréable légèrement excentré par rapport au centre. La femme à l’accueil était accueillante et très chaleureuse, elle nous a également conseillé des endroits à voir en ville. La chambre est propre, confortable et comprend tout ce qu’il faut en matière d’équipements.

Hotel with good cleanliness and service. The location is slightly far from city centre, but transportation such as metro, bus or trams are accessible. Easy to get to Wien Hbf as well. WiFi is quite unstable (depends on room)

Close to an U-bahn station, there are several stores nearby (Billa, Spar, ...). The sockets were few and quite far away from the bed, so remember to take an extension cord! Also, you're only given a small soap at the sink (but there is a big shampoo+bodywash bottle in the bathroom). No hairdryer. Overall, a very nice experience, the staff were great, the lounge zone is a pretty cool addition too!

The hotel in a great location, 5-minute walk to Metro station and 2-minute walk to a very nice restaurant. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby has a good coffee shop. However, there is no hanger in the bathroom to hold the clothes

We were kindly upgraded to a suite by the front desk, which was a wonderful bonus! The room was spotless, had excellent soundproofing, and was wonderfully quiet at night. The location is also excellent; just about a 200-meter walk away, you'll find a bus stop with routes directly to the city center and the Heroes' Square area. Even better, the 71E bus stops right at the hotel entrance for the return journey, which is incredibly convenient. While the hotel does show its age a bit, Vienna truly is renowned as one of the most livable cities. Consistent with this, the hotel's maintenance and service are absolutely top-notch, more than making up for any dated aspects.

Lots of nearby supermarkets. Easy to find but only one connecting bus to Wien Mitte. Good breakfast, spacious room, and free luggage storage after checkout.

The room is very clean and hygienic, the space is also very good, and the design is simple. I wonder if it is a popular style now? There is no door to the bathroom, and there seems to be no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bed in the large room is very narrow, and the size of the quilt is also narrower than that of other hotels. I have stayed at nh hotels in Austria and the size of the quilt is the same. The breakfast is great, with local characteristics. It is not the kind of Western breakfast found in ordinary hotels. It feels very attentive and exquisite. I will stay here next time because of this taste!

The hotel is conveniently located behind the train station, with a Line D subway stop right outside its main entrance. The overall room layout felt comfortable and familiar, much like a budget hotel in China. After several days of staying in typical European-style rooms, this was a very welcome and comfortable change for us. Important note: Although the Trip.com page indicated free luggage storage, the front desk charged us five euros per piece of luggage per day when we tried to store our bags.

This hotel is close to everything and easy to get around. It is also next to the Weiner Konzerthaus and Musikverein - if you like music and opera. Great hotel, very central location and value for money. Many weird experiences like an “inverted” toilet bowl, musical decors, colourful lounge- which is a unique once off experience and we liked it. The room is spacious and air conditioning was great. This hotel is by far one of the best we had experienced.

The hotel is in a good location. It's very close to the Belvedere Palace. There's a direct S7 connection to the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel room is large and comfortable. The floor height is also high. There is a capsule coffee machine and bottled water. Luggage storage is available. I will stay here again when I go to Vienna next time.
