The apartments are literally right in front of the main train station, just a few steps across the street. The location is awesome for travellers who intend to stop by a few days before hitting the road using the train service again. Besides, the supermarkets/marts that operate in the train station make it convenient for people who stay nearby to do their grocery especially when everywhere is closed on Sunday.

I'm very glad I booked 3 nights here. Our room is spacious, clean and modern style with good AC, the quilt and pillow are so so comfy. The location is perfect, only 5mins walk from the HBF station. The tram D is nearby within 4mins walk and you will find the main attractions. 9/10, since they don't have the cleaning service, you have to drop your trash in the room on -2 floor and ask for the extra towel if you need. But the staff are friendly with a 24 hour front desk. Overall very excellent experience, we enjoyed our stay.

There’s only one counter for check-in, but many self check-in kiosks. However, there can be long queues at check-in time. The room was clean, but you need to put the bedding, pillow covers, and blanket covers on yourself. The room has two bunk beds and two single beds, and the toilet is separate from the shower room. There is also a locker inside the room. If you are a female solo traveler, I recommend requesting a female-only room, as it’s more comfortable. I was placed in a mixed room with one man, and later that night two more men arrived. Luckily, they didn’t turn on the light, so they probably didn’t notice I was there, and I left early in the morning. The hostel also has a luggage room where you can leave your bags after check-out.

The room was very clean and the facilities were quite new. The service was decent. The best part is the convenient transportation; there's a bus stop right outside and the subway station isn't far. It's really handy for sightseeing and getting to the train station or airport. You can get to the airport in just 42 minutes by bus then transferring to the S7, and it only costs 2.20 euros if you have a city transit pass.

Great location near the main station and close to other public transportation. Room & bathroom was clean. The receiptionist was so kind to me when I asked for direction & recommendation! They also provide small kitchen with kettle & microvawe

The room is very large with very high ceilings and clean enough but note that there is no air conditioning Very good with kitchen and cutlery The location is not close to the city center attractions but there is a light rail at the door that can be taken to half an hour or so directly There is a place in the basement to put your luggage but if you pass the check out time password you can't enter the main door I just happened to have someone out the door before I got back to get my luggage Only hand sanitizer and shower gel are provided in the bathroom Others must be prepared There are two major supermarkets and a DM about 5 minutes walk nearby which is very convenient

Lovely apartment sitting the slight outskirt of the city - that’s 3-4 stations from the central station and further apart from most attractions that are on the opposite side of the hauptbahnhof. Apartment is new and clean with a super well equipped kitchen. Metro station is right opposite and there are also shared bicycles outside. Supermarket is approx 150-200m away. Only two negative things about the stay are: 1) check in code was not communicated beforehand - waited and spent about a hour in total to sort things out at check in 2) at check out the staff arrived at 10:00 sharp with stern faces - not the kind of warm send off you would normally expect from a hospitality business. Otherwise it was all good.

The staff is nice but the rules of the house might not be very friendly. You need to go to reception for replenishment instead of being sent to your room; and the equipments in the room are not very easy to use. For instance, you cannot lower the temperature of the shower, the screen sharing function of the TV keeps going wrong, the cups prepared for tooth brushing are very dirty. But overall it is a very nice place to stay.

I stayed at limehome Vienna and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with their service system. While the idea of a fully digital check-in may appeal to some, it created a real inconvenience for me. There is no physical reception or help desk at the property, which becomes a serious issue when you’ve just landed in a new country and cannot immediately access the internet. Expecting every guest to navigate access and support solely through online instructions is not practical or considerate. Travelers, especially international ones, often arrive tired and without immediate mobile data access. A simple help desk or on-site staff, even during peak check-in hours, would make a huge difference in providing basic support and hospitality. limehome really needs to rethink their guest service model to better accommodate all types of travelers—not just those who are digitally prepared. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the experience for future guests.
