A great hotel offering excellent value for money. The room was a bit on the small side, making it a tight squeeze for three people. On the plus side, the breakfast was very generous. Its location is quite good, not far from most attractions.

The hotel is great and beautiful. The website and password are sent by email to open the door and elevator, which is very convenient and easy to use! The room is a little small, but very clean and tidy. We are just above the street and can see a great street view, but it is a little noisy. The hotel is in a great location!

I am very satisfied with the room. It is convenient to travel. There are a lot of places to eat around. I am right in the downtown area. The room is well-equipped and clean. The service attitude at the front desk is also very good.

Excellent aparthotel. Very convenient location. Tram stops nearby. Routes #1, 2, D. Metro station and airport bus stop nearby. You can walk to Stephanplatz. The room is clean. There is everything you need. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Very polite staff. There are employees who know several languages, which is important if you do not speak English well, and especially German. We thank the staff for their help with check-in, attention, help in solving any issues, as well as for their friendliness and goodwill throughout our stay.

The location is excellent, within a 10-minute walk of Graben, in an upscale neighborhood with noticeably good security. Hotels next door are already in the €700-a-night range. This hotel is a bit old, but very clean, with excellent attention to detail. The room is small, but the balcony is amazing... The room has two beds, one about 1.5 meters wide and the other 1 meter wide. If you don't mind the price, this hotel is worth considering. Especially for smokers, no more sneaking around! The Ctrip staff were very helpful in handling hotel issues—ten thumbs up!

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and easy to find. It’s close to bus stops and underground stations, making it ideal for getting around. Situated in a busy area, it can be a bit noisy at night, but closing the windows helps reduce the sound. A fan was provided, which was especially appreciated given the warm weather. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided daily as well without having to request for it which was impressive and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Great Stay in a Prime Location We stayed in a ”Wilde Bedroom” for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a little pantry for light meals. It was great to have self-laundry on the same floor (3rd). The location is perfect, with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed dinner at ”Restaurant Vienne/OnurChefs.” In addition, it’s close to attractions like Stephansplatz and St. Stephen’s Cathedral. One minor drawback was finding the hotel entrance; clearer signage would greatly enhance the overall experience. Also, having a vacuum cleaner in the room would be a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

The hotel is in the city center, only 5-10 minutes away from popular attractions such as Stephen's Cathedral, Sissi Museum, and Hofburg. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby, and relatively speaking, Italian cuisine is more dominant. The street scenes are very nice. The room was large and comfortable, with everything included, and honey was given as a gift when I left. The building feels very good

Spacious clean and tidy room with a wardrobe and a lot of storage area. 5 minutes walk to the St Stephen metro station and 4 minutes to the supermarket. Nice staff. There are 2 washing and 2 drying machines in the basement. Will be better if they are in the room. Overall pleasant stay.
