Nous avons passé une soirée et une matinée inoubliables à "La Pyramide". Tout était fait pour s'assurer que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions. L personnel était. aimable et attentif. Notre dîner reste gravé dans notre mémoire tant pour la qualité, les saveurs des mets que la prestation du personnel de salle. Nous avons eu plusieurs échanges au cours de notre repas, qui ont montré que ce personnel connaissait les éléments entrant dans la composition des plats et savait se montrer à la fois aimable et professionnel. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons discuté pendant un bon quart d'heure, à la fin de notre repas, avec M. Patrick Henriroux. Echange passionnant sur le métier et sa transmission. Nouvelle occasion d'échanger avec lui le lendemain matin! Cet hôtel restaurant mérite largement ses étoiles.

L'excellence à tous les niveaux : hébergement et restauration. Mention particulière pour le personnel en salle : jeune, compétent, attentif et généreux, qui rend l'expérience encore plus complète, par la présentation très claire des moments du repas, et un véritable talent pour nous mettre à l'aise. Cette maison respire l'exigence et en même temps le respect de son personnel et de ses hôtes. Est-il encore besoin d'ajouter que le dîner servi était - en tous points : technique, saveurs et présentation - sublime ?

This is a very well run and comfortable hotel with excellent service and a reputation for food (the main famous restaurant was closed but the bistrot was very good). The room was quite large and very comfortable and modern, with a balcony as a plus. The hotel has its own closed-off parking area, which is free for guests. A little outside the center, you need a car to get around. My room rate (off-season and not on Thursday through Sunday when the foodies arrive) was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Vienne, where there are several sights to see.
