Clean and tidy with many restaurants downstairs.

Accueil agréable par le personnel présent. Par contre la chambre n'avait pas de rideau qui se ferme correctement. Voisins trés bruyant le soir tard.

Ma fille de 15 ans et moi avons du dormir dans la voiture, malgré une chambre réservée en ligne sur le site d’Ibis, Check-in également réalisé en signalant l’heure exacte d’arrivée, (après 23h00). Le personnel était au courant de la situation et personne ne nous a prévenu. Le personnel n’était également pas très motivé à nous aider à trouver une solution, Je retiens cette phrase: -«cherchez un autre hôtel! »… à minuit et quelques !

Big difference in quality in ibis budget hotels. This is located at the bottom but is suitable for late arrivals and early departures. Parking available next door and free at night. Suitable for a quick overnight stay. Less suitable for a longer stay.

The quality/price ratio is very average, room for 3 people tiny, pillows catastrophic (flat and hard), bathroom ok, cleanliness average (bottom of toilet not 100% empty upon arrival). Paid closed parking at €10. Neighborhood ok.

Perfect welcome from the staff but then the state of the hotel is terrible. We were staying at a trade fair and it will be the last time. We had two rooms, both extremely dirty, hairs all over the bathroom, the state of the mattress let's not talk about it. And worst of all, a very, very strong tobacco smell!! Slept with the window open in the middle of February so unbearable... Total regret!

Very nice home. Average bedding and poor soundproofing. Hotel not worth the asking price. To renovate.

Very suitable for a stopover when passing through. Practical, inexpensive, everything you would expect for the price. Friendly service, good value for money, very good location near the city center of Vienne.
