The room size is quite small, suitable for a solo traveler or a stay of no more than two nights. The walls are thin, so you can hear people walking and talking outside. The breakfast is tasty but lacks variety. The location is convenient, as it is close to a shopping mall. However, the elevator service is insufficient for the number of guests. Many Chinese tourists staying at the hotel showed poor etiquette, smoking in non-smoking areas and causing the entire hotel to smell unpleasant. On the other hand, some guests were polite and respectful, adhering to universal manners. The reception staff provided good service, which was a positive highlight of the stay.

No one at the reception desk speaks English. It took 45 minutes trying to find where to park my car. There aren't any signs anywhere for directions. The buffet breakfast is a joke. There was only lettuce and dressing at the salad section. The food is cold. Two days there was only rice soup. The hotel caters to Chinese people. Every night was noisy around 1 am.
